We are undertaking a review of our marketing and communications services, and we want your feedback.
We are seeking input from our community to understand your communication preferences, what we do well and how we can better reach you. Your experiences, feedback, ideas and opinions will be critical in helping us define what great communication looks like for our community to ensure we are meeting the evolving needs and expectations of our community.
Importantly, we want to know what channels and platforms are important to you.

Young people focus group: Thursday 9 May, 4.30pm-6pm, Online on Zoom
Chinese focus group: Tuesday 7 May, 9am-10.30am, Boyland Room, Level 1, Box Hill Town Hall, 1022 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill. A Mandarin speaking interpreter will be at the session.
Business focus group: Monday 6 May, 5.30pm-7pm, Online on Zoom
To express your interest in joining a focus group, please fill in the form below with your details and we'll contact you within 1-2 business days. Maximum of one session per person.
To compensate you for your time, participants will receive a $50 Prezzee Gift Card which can be redeemed for use at hundreds of businesses online or in person.
