Child and Young Person Engagement - Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021-2025

Council is undertaking engagement with children and young people to inform the development of the of the City of Whitehorse’s Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan (MPHWP) 2021-2025.

The MPHWP 2021-2025, Council Plan 2021-2025, and other strategic plans such as the Financial Plan and Asset Plan will together align to deliver on the aspirations of the community as set out in the Whitehorse Community Vision 2040.

Council is interested in hearing from children and young people about:

  • what they think is important regarding their health and wellbeing
  • the health and wellbeing priorities to be included in the MPHWP
  • specific issues that are important to children and young people
  • opportunities to support, empower and celebrate children and young people of Whitehorse.

We are asking children and young people aged 0 to 25 to complete the survey (5 minutes) and/or map tool below. Feedback on the consultation will received until 8 September 2021.

We acknowledge adults (parents, guardians, educators, service providers etc.) may be required to assist the child or young person to respond. Please ensure the responses provided reflect the views of the child or young person being assisted.
