PURPOSE:

Reinforce and encourage positive workplace behaviours that reflect the Whitehorse CREATe values and behaviours, and strengthen organisational performance.

SUMMARY:

Acknowledges employees who demonstrate Council’s values and behaviours beyond their day to day work requirements. Nominations can be made anytime and will be reviewed monthly.

NOMINATIONS:

To nominate a colleague, the nomination form below must be completed and submitted.

In order to be eligible for an award, all nominees must be employed at the time the award is given.
