Strathdon Davy Lane Jolimont Reserve Precinct Master Plan

We are inviting the community to help us prepare a Master Plan for Strathdon House, Davy Lane and Jolimont Reserve.
Located in Forest Hill, this site serves as the western gateway to the former Healesville Freeway Reserve. The site includes the historic Strathdon House and Orchard Precinct.
To the east of Strathdon House is Davy Lane Reserve which is designated as a Municipal Open Space and is used for non structured recreation, walking, seasonal sports activities and dog walking activities. Jolimont Reserve, located to the north of the site, provides street frontage along Jolimont Road, while to its east is the Nunawading Community Garden.
In 2022, we started a conversation about possible ideas for the future of Davy Lane Reserve. We heard the concerns and wishes of the local community, and now want to continue and expand the conversation, looking at all elements of this important site.
