This survey has been created by Whitehorse City Council for completion by Stakeholders of the Whitehorse Central Registration and Enrolment Scheme (CRES). Whitehorse City Council funds the Whitehorse Pre-School Association (WPSA) to deliver the CRES within the City of Whitehorse.

Responses received will assist Council in reviewing the WPSA's delivery of the Whitehorse Central Registration and Enrolment Scheme (CRES).

Feedback received will be collated into themes and leveraged to support the continuous improvement of the Whitehorse CRES.
