Background

The community was invited to collaborate on the Municipal Early Years and Youth Plan 2023 – 2027.

Your feedback will help us to shape Council’s services, activities, events and partnerships that are available to and target young people (12 – 25), children (0-11) and their families in Whitehorse.

Whitehorse City Council is committed to supporting all children, young people and their families to achieve the best start to life and to access all opportunities to grow, learn, develop and thrive from their early to their transformative years of life.

Council recognises the importance of a positive experience of childhood and adolescence and how much it matters for the individual, the family and the wider community, now and into the future.

We strive to create a positive and supportive environment for young people (12-25), children (0-11) and their families who live, work, study and play in Whitehorse.
