Culture Fest 2025

Is your Community Group or Organisation interested in celebrating and sharing your cultural heritage?

We invite your community group or organisation to join Whitehorse City Council to celebrate Culture Fest 2025, an event to experience the many cultures in Whitehorse.

We are looking for community groups and organisations to:

  • Perform on stage through song, dance, or musical performances.
  • Hosting interactive cultural activities that invite people to experience your culture through food, arts and crafts, language, music, costumes, stories and traditions.

We welcome all community groups and organisations, big or small, from any cultural background to participate and share traditions with the people of Whitehorse.

Culture Fest will be held on

Culture Fest is a chance for community groups and organisations to share culture and connect with the wider community through music, art, food, dance, language, and other interactive activities.

In 2024, community groups and organisations engaged visitors through activities including:

  • Cooking traditional foods and offering tasting samples.
  • Displaying traditional costumes while sharing their meaning.
  • Inviting visitors to try unique musical instruments and create traditional crafts.
Community groups and organisations are asked to host interactive activities, helping create a fun and meaningful festival for everyone.
