Topic: Youth Participation and Sideline Behaviour Workshop
In this session you will learn the following:
- Understand the barriers and motivations for young people in sport
- Positive coaching tips
- Youth marketing strategies
- Steps your club can take to create a positive team environment
- Understand what sideline behaviour is - how to identify, manage and reduce inappropriate behaviour
- Where to go to get resources and support when dealing with inappropriate behaviour
