Topic: Youth Participation and Sideline Behaviour Workshop

In this session you will learn the following:

• Understand the barriers and motivations for young people in sport
• Positive coaching tips
• Youth marketing strategies
• Steps your club can take to create a positive team environment
• Understand what sideline behaviour is - how to identify, manage and reduce inappropriate behaviour
• Where to go to get resources and support when dealing with inappropriate behaviour
